		<description><![CDATA[Biggest bump of the year thanks to Ida. My dock was high &#038; dry until at least 2010 or so I thought; now the plank is swamped and I&#8217;m pushing out again. Dry Branch ramp also remains open.

Thanks to the rains, it&#8217;s only about 5 feet below where it&#8217;s supposed to be this time of year (blue line) and actually within a foot or two of the &#8220;Expected Elevation Range&#8221; (the gray area).
