Does anyone know if Lake Blue Ridge will be drained to fix the Damm portion that has shifted??? Please advise as this will be a very sad event!!!

The last I heard it’s set to be drawn down severely in 2010. I wouldn’t call it “drained” based on what I’ve read/heard.
